Well it’s certainly a bit of a scorcher out there today, hopefully some of you are out there enjoying it :)! 9 little gems to talk about today ranging from £95k right up to £150k. I’ve added some comments and given you an idea of what you can expect rent wise if you go for it.

Comments: Well presented little house, little being the operative word though. Budget friendly price for both LL and tenant but i’m honestly not sure it would be overly easy to rent due to the footprint, great that it has parking and lovely location but the last one took 84 days to let!!
