Comments: Plenty of potential, we let #41 earlier this year in no time after a renovation throughout. The bathroom needs a decent extractor fan (see mould on ceiling!) and updating in general, ditch the kitchen floor, random wrong colour storage unit and add an extractor in there too. #34 sold for £95k in March.
